On 16/03/2025, a mobile court was conducted against 01 illegal brick kiln in Badalgachhi Upazila of Naogaon district and the chimney was demolished. At that time, a fine of Tk 20,000 was imposed on the brick kiln named M/s SF Bricks, Address-Mithapur (Chakermath), Badalgachhi, Naogaon. The said mobile court was conducted by the learned Executive Magistrate Mr. Mosa: Atia Khatun. The prosecution was provided by the Assistant Director of the Department of Environment Mr. Md. Nazmul Hossain. In addition, Bangladesh Army, Naogaon Army members and APBN police members were present during the mobile court to maintain security.
